The interactions at the atomic level between small molecules and main components of cellular plasma membranes are crucial for elucidating mechanisms allowing entrance such species inside cell. We have performed molecular dynamics metadynamics simulations tryptophan, serotonin, melatonin interface zwitterionic phospholipid bilayers.
